- An existing 4 storey Victorian building was gutted, refurbished and extended to provide workshop and office accommodation.
- The front facade looking onto York Way was retained. The interior was refurbished and extended upwards to provide a meeting room with views over London.
- The building was also extended backwards with a glass and concrete meeting and reception space. A further extension on two floors into the existing yard provided self-contained office and workshop spaces.
