The house is situated on a private road and commands extensive views over the North Downs and comprises 3600 sqft of accommodation over 3 floors. A traditional construction and elevational treatment frames a double height glazed entrance hallway, which introduces the house beyond, leading the visitor through a crisp and modern interior. The kitchen and living areas feature folding and sliding doors onto a level deck and the garden beyond.
